St. Patrick’s Day Drinks for Island Time Radio

St. Patrick’s Day Drinks for  my Island Time Radio segment (and some bonus drinks)

Black Velvet
Equal parts Guinness and champagne in a pint glass

Irish Wolfhound
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
Ginger beer to balance
Pour whiskey and grapefruit juice over ice.  Top with ginger beer and stir gently.

Irish Buck
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
Juice of half lime
Ginger-ale to balance
Combine all ingredients over ice.

Emerald Isle
2 oz gin
1 oz green creme de menthe
dash of bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a martini glass.
