My Baby knows how to sassify her man!

Yesterday (june 29) was our 5 year wedding anniversary. That was the meaning behind the trip to the keys..that was my surprise to her. Well, she told me yesterday to be sure to come straight home from work. I knew she had something in special in store for me. She greeted me with a German chocolate cake and a sixer of Red Stripe! Woohoo!!! Now that’s my woman!!!!

My Wife Kicks Ass!

The best line from the trip…..

Sara: “There sure are a lot of Tiki Bars down here. I didn’t know you were that famous.”

I chuckled about that for miles

Back from the keys

I am sunburnt, sleep deprived, and short a cell phone after I proved to the world that cellphones & hot tubs do not mix. Sara is sleeping like she is in a coma. All that adds up to….a great effing trip!!!!!! I will probably expound a bit later, but till then Aloha & Mahalo!

Here are a few pics.

Voodoo Koolaid, Soon to Famous!

My newest creation featuring Pango Rum:

Voodoo Koolaid

3/4 oz Pango rum
3/4 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz blue curacao
1 tsp grenadine
lemon-lime soda

In a pint glass, combine all ingredients. I prefer to top with a little club soda to cut the sweetness of the lemon-lime soda. Stir to turn the drink a groovy purple color. Garnish with an orange wedge or a chunk of pineapple.
