The second recipe from Monday night’s Island Time Radio Show appearance. An abbreviated Planter’s Punch. Spoiler alert, I just made this up on the fly when I realized I had only written one drink recipe down in my interview notes. HA!
1 1/2 oz Myer’s Jamaican rum
juice of 1/2 lime
dash of grenadine
Pour rum over ice in a double-old fashioned glass. Squeeze in the lime juice and add a dash of grenadine. Toss it around in a shaker for a bit and enjoy.
For my friends over at Island Time Radio, who are Cleveland Indian fans.
Wahoo Woo Woo
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz blueberry schnapps
This drink can be served as a shot or as a drink. To serve as a shot, combine vodka, schnapps, and just a touch of cranberry in a shaker half filled with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a rocks glass. To serve as a drink, just build over ice in a highball glass. Balance with cranberry juice.
